The project is located in one of the Private Estates surrounding Cobham, Surrey.
Project Duration: 9 Months
Iconic was appointed on a “Full delivery” basis covering all works from obtaining planning through to the complete stripping out of the house, conversion of the garage into a guest suite and construction of a large extension across the back of the house to form kitchen, dining and family area.

A friend initially recommended Iconic to me. As a first step, I briefed them to obtain planning permission for our new dream house. When planning had been obtained, I met with another of the Iconic Partners, Nick Bird, who put forward a proposal to carry out the build of our new home on a lump sum basis.
Throughout the entire project, I always felt that Iconic were on my side and had my best interests at heart. One example of this was that they advised me on the various specifications to help obtain the best value from our allocated budget. They also assisted with my funding arrangements.
One particularly helpful aspect was that they would resolve all ongoing technical issues that came up without my involvement which is important to me as I am busy with work and other commitments. They also responded quickly whenever I had any concerns or questions and gave me clear monthly cost reports and updates on how the project was going.
At the end of the project, they handed over the keys to the house on time as well as to the standards that I expected. More recently, I have just had my 6-month maintenance visit as promised.
