"We were about to embark on the most expensive and potentially most stressful project of our lifetime and we realised we couldn’t do it alone! Iconic have been an invaluable asset to our build – they have developed a great relationship with our builders and really assisted during times of debate and disagreement. They have been a great soundboard for technical advice and have been excellent at keeping the builders on track with their time-frame and schedule as well as informing me of when decisions need to be made so delays aren’t incurred. I know that without the help from Iconic, the project would have been much more stressful and I’ve no doubt more expensive. Iconic have kept the contractor in line with what are fair costs, helped broker negotiations as and when needed and acted as a check on variations that inevitably arise during any building project. This has not only kept us sane during the project but also given us a huge peace of mind that we are paying what we should be and getting a quality product at the end. Thank you Iconic for your support, guidance and patience throughout. It is difficult to sometimes justify paying for such a service when your project is already so expensive – however, I truly believe it is an investment worth making."
