Experience and qualifications

  • 25 years project management and construction experience with 21 of those years in the high-end luxury residential market
  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • A Chartered Construction Manager (CIOB)

    When it comes to project management, there is nobody more meticulous, organised and lateral-thinking than Nick.

    He is an expert in providing well-informed, tailored advice to any number of client questions including ‘how much will it cost?’, ‘what will happen if we did this?’, ‘what should I do in this situation?’ and ‘will this product make my house worth more?’

    His patience and understanding of a client’s needs and ability to see each stage of his projects from all perspectives are reflected the smooth running and success of every project he manages through to completion.

    Nick has worked for Octagon Developments where he was ultimately promoted to Contracts Manager and responsible for all projects in the Surrey region. He was also one of three founding directors of Avicam Homes. Nick’s regular client base includes large-scale projects for several FTSE 100 senior executives.

    When Nick isn’t busy coordinating everything that can possibly be managed, he makes sure he is able to get in a few rounds of golf with friends and spends time with his daughter and son who is a keen football player.
